What Section

In typography a section is a distinct area of a document that is separated from other areas of the same object.
What section. An act or instance of cutting. Aviation a cross section perpendicular the longitudinal axis of an aircraft in flight. For example you could create pages that have different headers and footers.
Section music a complete but not independent musical idea. A good example of a section is a chapter usually distinguished by a title page. A part of a document.

Section typography a subdivision especially of a chapter in books and documents. A natural subdivision of a taxonomic group. Noun a part that is cut off or separated.
Sectional definition pertaining or limited to a particular section. The action or an instance of cutting or separating by cutting especially. A distinct part or subdivision of anything as an object country community class or the like.
