Speaking Section

Prepare for your test by developing ideas for topics and practicing answering questions.

Speaking section. You are given either 45 or 60 seconds to answer each one. A face to face interview with the examiner 4 5 minutes. Speaking section of the ielts test is quite different from listening reading and writing parts.

Note that just the speaking topics vary. Part 3 is a discussion. They are in order.

This is the section that requires most of the practice and preparation. Toefl ibt speaking section what is in the speaking section. In part 3 of the speaking test the examiner will ask further questions which are connected to the topics discussed in part 2.

In part 1 you talk about familiar topics. The speaking section of toefl ibt is the most challenging section among others. It takes no more than 15 minutes.

Note that in august 2019 the personal preference and campus situation questions were removed from the test. As always the speaking section is timed just like the other sections on the toefl all of the toefl is of course timed. There s a lot to do and keep track of during this section and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed.
