Section Court

This section strikes out subsections c and d of section 1447 of title 28 u s c as covered by the federal rules of civil procedure and adds a new subsection to such section 1447 to remove any doubt that the former law as to the finality of an order of remand to a state court is continued.
Section court. The united states courts of appeals other than the united states court of appeals for the federal circuit shall have exclusive jurisdiction to review the decisions of the tax court except as provided in section 1254 of title 28 of the united states code in the same manner and to the same extent as decisions of the district courts in civil actions tried without a jury. A term of court is a four week session of court and there shall be 13 terms of court in a year unless otherwise provided in the annual schedule of terms established by the chief administrator of the courts which also shall specify the dates of such terms.
